With a goal of supporting the community through this pandemic, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) continues to collaborate with Centerplate and Urban Smart Farms to donate fresh center-grown produce to help feed Orlando during these uncertain times.

The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), in partnership with Centerplate and Urban Smart Farms, continues to support the region through the donation of fresh herbs and produce from the OCCC’s Center-to-Table Gardens.

The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is committed to helping the community combat COVID-19. Last week, the OCCC donated more than 1,500 N95 masks and 220 filters to Orange County Health Services for local healthcare workers throughout hospitals and public care facilities.

The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) has had phenomenal growth and success throughout the decades. The Center of Hospitality kicked off 2020 by welcoming back many iconic, long-standing clients, along with some new conventions and trade shows.

COVID-19 has had a rippling effect across the convention center industry and across all sectors of the economy – initially impacting the Orange County Convention Center followed by its tourism partners, airlines and hotels, including Orlando’s world-class theme parks and other restaurants and entertainment attractions.

The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is proud to celebrate another successful quarter to close out 2019. The Center of Hospitality welcomed more than 290,000 guests across 36 events from October to December, contributing an estimated $656.2 million in economic impact to the Central Florida region.

Committed to our core mission, the OCCC continues to celebrate milestone accomplishments and another outstanding third quarter in 2019. From July to September, the OCCC welcomed more than 264,400 guests and 45 events – with shows like Assemblies of God, ICAST 2019, and the 2019 Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show generating a tremendous economic impact for the Central Florida community.
