David Ingram Appointed Acting Executive Director of Orange County Convention Center

ORLANDO, Fla. – (August 6, 2019) Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings has announced the appointment of David Ingram as the Acting Executive Director of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Mr. Ingram previously served as the OCCC’s acting general manager and prior to that role, assistant director. In the interim, Mr. Ingram will maintain day-to-day operations for the OCCC until the recruitment for a permanent executive director is complete.

ORLANDO, Fla. – (August 6, 2019) The Orange County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) has authorized its staff to begin contract negotiations with Populous + C.T. Hsu, a Joint Venture to provide architectural and engineering design services for the Orange County Convention Center’s (OCCC) North-South Building Expansion. The selection was made at the Aug. 6 BCC meeting.
